Customs & Import Information
At X3M TIG Welding Ltd., we believe in being transparent about international shipping. TIGSleeve™ products are shipped from Canada, and international orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges imposed by the destination country.
CUSMA / USMCA
TIGSleeve™ products manufactured in Canada may qualify for preferential tariff treatment under the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA/USMCA) when applicable origin requirements are satisfied.
USMCA preferential treatment does not necessarily eliminate other tariffs, taxes, processing fees, brokerage charges, or trade-related duties that may apply to an import.
U.S. CUSTOMERS
U.S. orders may be subject to applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, carrier processing or brokerage fees, and other import charges.
U.S. customs and tariff rules can change, and charges may vary depending on product classification, country of origin, declared value, materials, and current U.S. trade measures.
Any import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by U.S. authorities or shipping carriers are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
CUSTOMS DOCUMENTATION
We provide appropriate commercial shipping documentation and identify Canada as the country of origin where applicable. We also provide product information required for customs processing based on the classification and documentation applicable to the shipment.
IMPORTANT
Customs charges are determined by government authorities and/or shipping carriers and are not controlled by TIGSleeve™. We cannot guarantee the amount of import charges that may apply to a particular shipment.
