Return Policy

Eligibility:

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for TIGSleeve™ products that are damaged or defective and prevent the item from functioning as intended.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including shipping boxes.

Note: Normal welding marks, such as visible root pass traces inside TIG rod storage tubes, are considered normal use and do not qualify as damage.

Return Method:

Returns are accepted by mail only.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at info@x3mtig.com and include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide return shipping instructions and the return address.

Please note that exchanges are not possible at this time.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method used at checkout.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@x3mtig.com
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
