 The United States will no longer apply the de minimis exemption on imported goods. This means:

  • All international shipments to the U.S. will be subject to duties and taxes, regardless of the order value.

TIGSleeve™ ships from Canada. Under the CUSMA/USMCA trade agreement, our products are duty-free, but U.S. Customs may still collect import fees when your order enters the United States.

These charges are not shipping costs and may include:

  • Customs processing fees

  • State/local taxes (varies by location)

  • Brokerage fees charged by the courier (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Unfortunately, these charges are outside of our control.
