Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility:
Returns and refunds are only available for hardware that is damaged and interferes with the product's intended purpose.
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt in their original condition, including shipping boxes.
Traces of welding, such as visible root pass marks inside TIG storage tubes, do not qualify as damage or defects.
Return shipping:
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note that exchanges are not possible at this time.
Process:
Contact customer support at info@x3mtig.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
Resolution:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Customer Service Cancellation Policy Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting info@x3mtig.com
Cancellations are not available for items that have already shipped.
