The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders made before 6:00 PM are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Destination: Canada, USA 

Shipment method:  UPS     

Estimated delivery time: 4-6 business days     

Shipment cost: FREE                

 International: For international orders, please contact info@x3mtig.com for a shipping quote. 


Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes
X3M TIG Welding Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages
X3M TIG Welding Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Returns Policy
We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns and refunds are only available for hardware that is damaged and interferes with the product's intended purpose.

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt in their original condition, including shipping boxes.

Traces of welding, such as visible root pass marks inside TIG storage tubes, do not qualify as damage or defects.

Return shipping:

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.


Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
